Course Booking – Help Section

Thank you for placing an order with Brighton Holistics. If you have a problem, hopefully, you can find an answer on this page. Select one of the topics from the list below:

Haven’t heard anything / no confirmation received – click here

Not Heard… No Order Confirmation?

If you placed your order online and paid via PayPal or Bank Transfer, you should receive an automated email response confirming this. It’s important to keep this so don’t delete it. If you can’t find it, trying looking in your Spam / Junk folders. All payment and account paperwork will be sent from accounts@brightonholistics.co.uk or bookings@brightonholistics.co.uk so please add theses addresses to your contacts to prevent junk mail issues.

If you cannot locate an email, try checking your PayPal account or Bank Account to see if any transactions have gone through.

Confirmation received but order NOT Completed. Why? click here

Confirmation Received but not yet Completed. Why?

If you placed your order online and paid via PayPal or Bank Transfer, you should receive an automated email response confirming this fact. However this does NOT confirm that a booking has been finalised and completed. We require 3 working days to process our orders, check availability and also suitability as sometimes restrictions do apply.  So just to help clarify and subject to terms and conditions:

  • Confirmation – payment has been received (not cleared) and booking has been provisionally made
  • Completion – payment has been cleared and the booking slot is yours

As each order is processed manually, completion time can vary but should certainly be received within 3 workings days of receiving your confirmation email

If you have not heard after 3 days then please contact us as a matter of priority using the following details and quoting the order number shown on your confirmation email:

If you have booked a place on one of our courses, please take time to download and read the following manuals. These manuals give you all the information you need for attending a course at Brighton Holistics. Please make sure you read these documents before attending the course.

  1. The Welcome Manual can be downloaded by clicking HERE.
  2. The Welcome Manual for Models can be downloaded by clicking HERE, please forward this document to your model as this gives them all the information they need. Please check the booking terms and condition to confirm what courses require models, please click HERE for the T’s and C’s. If you turn up on the training day without a model in place the course will not go ahead and you will not be eligible for any refund or credit note.

Bookings / Order Contact Details

Balance Payments

Balance Invoice: You will receive a balance invoice seven days or so before your course start date, this will give you the option to pay the balance via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.

To pay by card: Please telephone the office on 01273 672 690.

To Pay by Bank Transfer: Our Bank Account number and Sort Code are listed on the invoice. If you are unable to locate this, please telephone the office on 01273 672 690.

ONCE YOU’VE MADE YOUR PAYMENT… Please email us to advise that the payment has been made, and please also use the invoice number as payment reference.
