Hot & Cold Stone Massage Course

Hot & Cold Stone Massage Course

This therapy has become one of the most popular treatments over the last ten years. Working in harmony with massage, this technique uses warm stones, placed on the client's body and in the therapists’ hands.

Hot Stone Massage is used to help treat medical problems and ease tension in the mind and works with the body making it a holistic whole body treatment. Using stones, the therapist can penetrate the muscle fibres at a deeper level than manual massage alone allowing it to be more effective for your client.
